Laura Ranieri Roy is a captivating and sought-after speaker specializing in Ancient Egypt, classical civilizations, and the great cultural cities of Europe and the Middle East. An Egyptologist, writer, and storyteller, she brings history to life with dynamic, visually rich presentations that transport audiences through time.
 
With a master’s in Near & Middle Eastern Civilizations (Egyptology) from the University of Toronto, Laura has excavated at key sites in Egypt and Bulgaria. She is the founder of Ancient Egypt Alive, an organization dedicated to sharing Egypt’s wonders through tours, lectures, and media.
 
Beyond ancient worlds, Laura is a destination expert, offering engaging talks on iconic cities such as Cairo, Alexandria, Rome, Istanbul, Athens, Paris, Jerusalem—as well as their legendary museums, historic sites, and art collections.
